Celebrating Our Associates: Associate Appreciation Week 2026
At Associated Staffing, our associates are at the heart of what we do. Every day, they show up at businesses across Nebraska ready to work and make a difference. October 19–23, we’re taking time to recognize them during our 2026 Associate Appreciation Week.
Throughout the week, we’ll focus on three things: Educate. Celebrate. Recognize. It’s our way of saying thank you to the people who represent Associated Staffing every day.
Educate: The Impact Our Associates Make
When people think of staffing agencies, they often think about filling job openings. But there’s a lot more to it than that.
Our associates work in manufacturing facilities, warehouses, offices and other workplaces throughout Nebraska. They help keep production lines running, orders moving and businesses operating. Some are starting a new career while others have been working with Associated Staffing for years.
No matter the position or length of assignment, the work they do matters. This week, we want to highlight the important role our associates play in the businesses and communities we serve.
Celebrate: Recognizing Work Anniversaries
One of our favorite parts of Associate Appreciation Week is recognizing associates who are celebrating work anniversaries.
Across our five branches in Grand Island, Hastings, Kearney, Omaha and Columbus, we have associates who have been with us for years. They’ve built relationships, developed skills and become valued members of the teams they work with.
During the week, we’ll recognize these associates with special anniversary certificates and a few treats to show our appreciation.
Whether they’re celebrating their first year or another milestone, we want them to know their hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed.
Recognize: Our 2026 Associate of the Year
We’ll wrap up the week on Friday, October 23 with the announcement of our 2026 Associated Staffing Associate of the Year.
This recognition goes to an associate who stands out for their dependability, work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to doing a great job.
We have many outstanding associates across our five branches and choosing just one isn’t easy. We’re looking forward to recognizing this year’s recipient and sharing what makes them deserving of the honor.
A Thank You to All Our Associates
While Associate Appreciation Week gives us a reason to celebrate, our appreciation doesn’t stop when the week ends.
We know our associates have choices when it comes to where they work and we’re grateful they’ve chosen to work with Associated Staffing.
